The ZTM-K servo driven slitting rewinding machine adopts three servo motors, it is suitable for processing rolls of both paper and film with a high speed of up to 500 meters per minute. This high speed slitter rewinder machine is capable of slitting and rewinding a wide variety of substrates, such as cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PS, PVC, PE, optical film, as well as unprinted and printed paper with a thickness range of 10-500 microns.

Features
  • This slitter rewinder is versatile for converting a variety of film and paper rolls.
  • High performance microprocessor-based PLC control is coupled with a color touch screen that is movable, allowing operator to control the machine at either unwind station or rewind station.
  • High-end surface finish rolls leave no scratches when slitting and rewinding optical films or coated films.
  • Rewind station combines real-time diameter measuring technique. It has an ultrasonic sensor to accurately measure the roll diameter in merely 0.05 seconds, and the PLC control system automatically calculates the optimal tension to compensate the diameter change.
  • Portable trim waste rewinder enables gentle rewinding of trims while reducing the amount of dust to keep the working environment clean.

  • Shaftless unwind unit for automatic loading of mother rolls, load bearing capacity of over 1500kg;
  • 3-inch pneumatic differential friction shaft on rewind station (6-inch shaft is optional);
