The ZTM-A paper slitter rewinder is primarily used to convert a parent roll of paper, kraft paper or self-adhesive paper into several smaller rolls, with a maximum slitting speed of 350m/min. This slitting rewinding machine can unwind a master material roll with a web width of up to 2100mm, we can also supply customer-specific modified models to accommodate your web width.

Features
  • The entire slitter rewinder is centrally controlled using PLC system, and supported by three vector drives, allowing user to set working parameters or operate the machine via touch screen.
  • Unwind stand is equipped with pneumatic brake for emergency braking, and PLC system automatically measures the roll diameter to keep unwinding tension constant.
  • Web traction control is managed by a vector variable frequency drive, therefore maintaining a constant speed while enabling the unwinding tension to be efficiently isolated from the rewinding tension.
  • Rewind station adopts two vector variable frequency drives, and rewind taper tension control can be achieved by automatically measuring roll diameter.
  • Hydraulic loader is fitted at unwind stand for automatic loading of paper rolls, more suitable for workshops where lifting equipment such as overhead cranes are not available. It can significantly reduce labor intensity and shorten the time for loading operations. The unwind stand is provided with options of shafted or shaftless loading method to suit actual needs.
  • EPC (edge position control) web guide system ensures the accurate position of the material. Photoelectric sensor or hydraulic web guiding unit is optional.
  • This slitting machine also has functions of start buffer, anti loosening, constant speed setting, roll diameter measuring, etc.
