Wide-format paper is a common product of large-scale papermaking companies, typically requiring slitting into multiple smaller rolls. Due to the large surface area and the delicate nature of paper materials that cannot withstand high tension, slitting wide-format paper poses certain challenges.

To address these needs, Zontai has specially designed the ZTM-F jumbo roll slitter rewinder. The slitting and rewinding machine supports roll widths ranging from 1600mm to 3000mm and operates at a maximum speed of 600 meters per minute. This makes it an ideal solution for processing materials with large surface areas, such as kraft paper, silicone-coated paper, thermal paper, corrugated paper, sublimation paper, glassine paper, duplex board, and recycled paper.
